Every ride outage at the park today, or with ride_id one ride's outages over the last 1 to 30 park-local days. An outage runs from the first Down, Brief Delay or Weather Delay report until the ride reports anything else.

The park: a park key (magic-kingdom), the canonical park id, the park's name, or a shorthand (mk, epcot, hs, ak, dl, dca, usf, ioa, epic, ush), in any case.
ride_idQUERY
Optional ride ID for one ride's history.
daysQUERY
Park-local days of one ride's history including today, 1 to 30. Defaults to 7. Ignored without ride_id.
