Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Parky (“Parky,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use the Parky app and this website.
What we collect

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your location or activity for advertising, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Location
Parky requests location access while you are using the app and, if you allow it, in the background. Background access exists so the app’s location-based features continue to work over the course of a day without the app being open. Analytics events do not include your coordinates.
You can change or revoke location permission at any time in iOS Settings. Revoking it does not delete records already saved to your account.
Service providers
We use a small number of third-party processors to operate Parky, in the following categories: cloud hosting and database storage, authentication, subscription management, product analytics, notification delivery, and website hosting. They process data only on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. A current list of sub-processors is available to customers on request at support@parkypass.com.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app, which removes your account and its associated records from our systems. Some data may persist briefly in encrypted backups before being overwritten, and we may retain limited transaction records where required for tax or accounting purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR. To exercise any of these, contact support@parkypass.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children
Parky is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as Parky changes. We will revise the date above, and will provide notice in the app for material changes.
