Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Parky app and this website. By using Parky, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Parky.

Parky is an independent app

Parky is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All park, attraction, and property names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Information in the app

Parky presents wait times, hours, availability, and related information compiled from a variety of sources. This information changes constantly and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Do not rely on Parky for any decision where accuracy matters — always confirm with official sources. Parky is a companion, not an authority, and we make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any information it displays.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may delete your account at any time in the app.

Subscriptions

Parky offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock additional features.

• Plans and pricing. Current plans and prices are shown in the app before purchase, in your local currency.
• Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, the subscription begins and payment is charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple and refunds are handled under Apple’s policies. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.

Restrictions

Parky, including its content, data compilations, interfaces, and underlying software, is our property and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Parky for your own non-commercial use. You may not:

• copy, scrape, harvest, index, mirror, resell, or redistribute any part of Parky, its data, or its content;
• access Parky by any automated means, including bots, crawlers, scripts, or data-extraction tools;
• use Parky, or any data or content obtained from it, to build, train, or improve any competing or derivative product or service, including any machine-learning model or dataset;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, structure, or underlying logic of Parky, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
• remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice;
• circumvent any rate limit, access control, entitlement check, or other technical restriction;
• use Parky to break any law or any venue’s own rules;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Parky’s systems or accounts.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this section, and these restrictions survive termination.

Your content

Records you create in Parky remain yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, sync, and display that content back to you, and to render anything you explicitly choose to share.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Parky at any time. We aim to give notice of significant changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Parky is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost time, missed attraction, missed reservation, or other loss arising from your use of or reliance on Parky. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to Parky is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your misuse of Parky or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Parky changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The date above reflects the current version.
