Parky text alerts
Last updated October 4, 2026
Parky is a theme park app made by Nauta Ventures LLC. Parky text alerts are optional. They text you the dining alerts you set up on parkypass.com, and nothing else. We never send marketing texts.
How you sign up
Sign in at parkypass.com and open Dining alerts. Under Notify me, type your own mobile number, tick the box agreeing to the notice beside it, and tap Text me a link. The box is never ticked for you. This is the form:
Parky then texts that number a link that lasts 10 minutes. The link opens a page that shows your number and the same notice, beginning “By tapping Confirm,” with a Confirm button. Texts start only after you tap Confirm. If you never confirm, we do not text you again.
The notice reads: “By checking this box, you agree to receive dining alert texts from Parky at this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
What we text
- The confirmation link when you sign up.
- Your dining alerts: a table opening at a restaurant you picked, for the day, party size and times you chose.
Message frequency varies with the alerts you set. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping and help
- Reply STOP to any Parky text to stop all texts. Reply START to turn them back on.
- You can also switch texts off under Notify me on your Dining alerts page.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@parkypass.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
We use your number only to send the alerts you asked for. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
