GET /v1/rides/{ride}/best-timesanswers “when should I ride this?” for any day in the next 30.

Pass the ride and, optionally, a park-local date:

predicted_hours has a predicted wait for each park-local hour, with lower and upper bounds. typical_hours has the usual wait for that weekday. summary picks the best one or two windows and the worst; summary.basis says whether it used predictions (about the next week) or typical waits (further out).
