Uptime SLA

This is the uptime commitment for the Business plan. The Free and Pro plans have no uptime SLA. It is a plain-language summary of the service level, not a negotiated contract; for an Enterprise agreement, email us.

Parky targets 99.9% monthly uptime for the REST API and live streams on the Business plan, measured per calendar month in UTC. 99.9% allows about 43 minutes of downtime in a 30-day month.

How uptime is measured

Uptime is measured from Parky’s own monitoring, which checks the API every minute. A five-minute interval counts as down when more than 5% of valid requests in that interval return a 5xx error or fail to respond within 10 seconds. Monthly uptime is the share of five-minute intervals in the month that were not down.

The SLA covers the API responding. It does not cover the accuracy, completeness or freshness of the park data itself, which comes from Disney and Universal and is provided as-is.

What is excluded

Downtime does not count toward the SLA when it is caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance, up to 4 hours per month.
  • Emergency security maintenance.
  • Factors outside Parky’s control: force majeure, your own network or code, the upstream park feeds, or an outage of the underlying platform (Cloudflare) or DNS.
  • Suspension or throttling from exceeding your plan’s rate limits, or from use that breaches the terms.
  • Beta or preview endpoints, and the Free and Pro plans.
