How we measure

Parky checks every table-service restaurant at Walt Disney World and Disneyland for a party of two across the whole 60-day booking window, around the clock, as often as every 30 seconds. An opening is a time that becomes bookable after being full; a new date entering the window doesn't count. For each opening we record how long it stayed bookable. The chart ranks restaurants that are hard to book (open on fewer than 60% of the next 60 days) with at least 50 openings in the last seven days, by the median. The CSV has every restaurant, by day.
