How we measure

Parky checks every attraction's posted status about once a minute at all six Walt Disney World and Disneyland parks. For each ride and day we count the whole hours inside the park's posted hours, between the first and last hour the ride ran, so a ride with shorter hours than its park isn't down after it closes, and a ride closed all day for refurbishment doesn't count. Downtime is the share of those hours it wasn't posting as open. Weeks run Sunday to Saturday in park local time.
